This book was written in order to give
a general idea about wine and its relative culture.
For sure it is not possible
that in this few pages I can cover
all the subjects,
neither in length, nor in depth.
It is missing the analysis in detail,
the deep scientific explanation,
but from the other hand I can support the fact
that a normal reader will find interesting points,
that probably will not be able
to find in other books similar to this.
My effort was mainly concentrated
to satisfy the needs of the wide readers
who love wine and who wants to learn
simple and useful things,
to obtain knowledge that could be used
in their everyday lives,
that will make them feel more certain of themselves
at the table while having a wine with some good friends.
